About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team in developing and implementing innovative educational programs that enhance student learning outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new educational programs aligned with institutional goals and student needs.

- Evaluate program effectiveness through data analysis and provide feedback to improve educational strategies.
- Supervise a team of instructional designers and support staff.
- Stay current with educational trends and advancements in technology.
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in educational program development and management.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Experience with educational technology tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply data to inform decision-making.

Pay
$60,000 - $70,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
