Admissions Counselor

About the role

The role is responsible for managing the campus health services and ensuring that students have access to comprehensive healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the campus health center including scheduling appointments, managing staff, and maintaining records.
• Provide medical care to students as needed, including conducting physical exams, administering vaccinations, and providing health education.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the health center meets the needs of the student body.
• Develop and implement health promotion programs to improve overall student health.

Requirements

• A Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an AOA accredited institution.
• A current California Medical License.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

• Knowledge of osteopathic medicine principles and practices.
• Experience with electronic health record systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay

$150,000 - $170,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
