Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment and admission of first-year students to the College.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective students, families, guidance counselors, and community organizations.
- Manage assigned geographic territories and travel extensively for recruitment activities.
- Represent the College at high school visits, college fairs, open houses, and related events.
- Conduct admission presentations and occasionally provide campus tours.
- Evaluate applications and recommend admission decisions as a member of the admission committee.
- Partner with the marketing team to create communication campaigns and outreach initiatives for diverse student populations.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience working with diverse populations and in multicultural settings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage students, parents, alumnae, and school counselors.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability and willingness to travel independently to recruitment events across the region and country.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheet applications.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Qualifications
- Successful completion of criminal background and driving record checks.
- Spanish-speaking language skills strongly preferred.
- Experience in college admissions, recruitment, enrollment management, or higher education.
- Experience utilizing traditional and digital marketing tools.
- Strong writing and editing experience with the ability to create engaging communication content.
- Demonstrated creativity, initiative, and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Understanding of and ability to communicate the value of a Catholic, residential women’s college experience.
