About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team in developing and implementing innovative educational programs that enhance student learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new educational programs aligned with institutional goals and student needs.
• Collaborate with faculty to integrate technology and best practices in teaching and learning.
• Evaluate program effectiveness through data analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Provide professional development opportunities for faculty and staff related to educational innovation.
• Maintain current knowledge of educational trends and technologies relevant to the field.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in educational administration or teaching.
• Experience in developing and implementing educational programs.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay
