Responsibilities

• Aid prospective students in navigating the admissions procedure, ensuring they understand the steps required for enrollment.
• Conduct engaging campus tours and group presentations to showcase our programs and facilities.
• Provide technical assistance regarding student self-service platforms and any related materials.
• Communicate regularly with prospects through in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, and traditional mail.
• Deliver excellent customer service and act as a welcoming presence for visitors and prospective students.

Requirements

• Educational Requirements: Associate Degree or relevant work experience is required; Bachelors Degree is preferred.
• Preferred Experience: Previous experience in college admissions, student services, or a related sales role is preferred.
• Demonstrated self-motivation and commitment to helping prospective students understand their educational options.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is essential.
• Ability to learn and use student management software such as Banner within three months of employment.

Pay

\$18.50 per hour

Schedule

8:00am - 5:00pm daily, with one day per week 8:30am - 5:30pm.
