Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to high school counselors and community organizations to promote university programs and initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase enrollment and retention rates among diverse student populations.
- Provide personalized guidance to prospective students, including admissions counseling, financial aid advice, and academic advising.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure seamless communication and support for admitted students.
- Stay updated on admission policies, procedures, and trends to provide accurate and timely information to students and families.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in higher education or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Pay
$50,000 - $60,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
