About the role

Join our dynamic team as an Admissions Counselor. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to assist with the recruitment and support of prospective students.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to high school counselors and community organizations to promote university programs and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including high schools, colleges, and other educational institutions.
• Manage applications and admissions processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Provide guidance and support to prospective students and their families through phone calls, emails, and meetings.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop and implement promotional materials and events.
• Stay updated on trends in higher education and adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in higher education or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of college admission processes and procedures.
• Ability to travel occasionally for recruitment events.
