The Heights Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center Broadview Heights, OH Full-Time The Heights Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is looking for an experienced, energetic, and relationship-focused Admissions Coordinator to join our team! This is a key role within our facility, helping ensure a smooth admissions process for our residents and their families while working closely with our clinical, administrative, and marketing teams. What We’re Looking For Our ideal candidate is an LPN or RN with previous skilled nursing/long-term care admissions experience who understands both the clinical and operational sides of the admissions process. Requirements: Current Ohio LPN or RN license – requiredPrevious admissions experience – requiredSkilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience strongly preferredKnowledge of the referral and admissions processAbility to review clinical information and help determine appropriate placementStrong communication, organization, and follow-throughComfortable communicating with hospitals, referral sources, residents, and familiesAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage changing prioritiesPositive, professional, and team-oriented attitude What You’ll Do As our Admissions Coordinator, you will play an important role in welcoming new residents to The Heights and helping create a positive experience from the very first interaction.
