As a valued member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and efficient admissions process for our residents. Summary/Objective As an Admissions Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the entire admission process, including tours, admission paperwork, and medical record reviews. You will also develop and maintain professional relationships with the surrounding medical community to ensure steady referral sources for our facility. Essential Functions Coordinate tours of the facility with perspective Residents, families, and referrersAssist Residents and family members with completing the admission process by assuring all admission paperwork is completed and necessary financial and medical records are obtainedEnsure appropriate preparation of room prior to the arrival of new ResidentsMeet with Residents and family on the day of admission to answer any questions and ensure a smooth admission processWork with the interdisciplinary team to ensure consistent, effective admissions, discharges, and Resident room transfersDevelop and maintain a referral baseProvide daily census report to the interdisciplinary teamAssist with the development and implementation of long-range and short-term marketing plansCoordinate and participate in presentations about the facility to healthcare professionals and other potential referral sources Required Education And Experience High school diploma or equivalentOne year experience in a marketing role in healthcare or similar experience Preferred Education And Experience Bachelor's degree in marketing or related fieldTwo years of related experience What We Offer Competitive wagesFlexible schedulePaid time offSame day payEmployee discountsCompany perks If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
