Responsibilities
The Admissions Coordinator is a key member of a dynamic admissions team dedicated to providing superior customer service to prospective families, ensuring a seamless intake and enrollment process. This role balances rigorous administrative data management with outward-facing community engagement, supporting the school's recruitment and retention goals through multiculturally sensitive communication, digital marketing, and event coordination.
- Admissions Administration & Data Management: Review and process admission application elements, verifying data integrity and inputting critical notes into the admissions database.
- Family Relations & Outreach: Act as a brand ambassador, managing multi-channel inquiries from local and international prospective families.
- Events & Marketing Support: Manage calendar logistics, admissions testing schedules, and prospective family registrations across external platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent in a related field from an accredited institution
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience in education, preferably within admissions, community relations, events, or marketing
- Full bilingual proficiency in French and English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Demonstrated customer service excellence and the ability to interface professionally with faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders
- Proven organizational capacity to track, prioritize, and execute multiple competing multi-step workflows simultaneously
- High degree of cultural competency and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a diverse, international community
- Technical proficiency in Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and web-conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet)
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include prior experience handling admissions workflows specifically within a private, independent, or international school environment, hands-on proficiency with specialized admissions platforms and CRMs, and operational experience managing social media accounts or analyzing digital engagement via tools like Google Analytics.
Benefits
In addition to base compensation, this position is eligible for: 35 working days of annual leave, paid holidays, and health and retirement benefits eligibility, which includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 403(b) plan.
Pay
The salary range is $60,725 - $75,000 per the Administrative & Maintenance Personnel CBA Salary Scale. Compensation is determined in accordance with relevant degrees and certifications held and years of applicable experience provided.
Schedule
Flexibility to work evenings, early mornings, and weekends to represent the Admissions department at specialized events or testing days.
