Admissions Coordinator

About the role

USN College Advisor (USNCA) empowers students of all backgrounds to achieve their college dreams. The Admissions Coordinator consults with customers on their college admissions journey, using excellent listening skills to understand students' situations and communicate how services can help them reach admissions and scholarship goals.

Responsibilities

• Guide students and parents at the start of their journey with CollegeAdvisor.com, providing value and resources.
• Make 70‑100 inbound/outbound calls daily to walk families through the admissions process and review support services.
• Assess whether prospective families are qualified for deeper sales activity and schedule follow‑up demo calls with Admissions Specialists.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to give feedback on lead quality from various sources.
• Manage leads in Salesforce CRM and provide frequent feedback to Operations teams to improve tools and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Outgoing personality with strong phone presence.
• Goal‑oriented and desire to succeed.
• Ability to work with digital technology such as Salesforce CRM and video‑chat tools (e.g., Zoom).
• Strong collaboration and people skills for interacting with staff, colleagues, and customers.

Pay

The anticipated base salary is $15.00 – $21.15 per hour, dependent on qualifications, experience, education, and location.

Schedule

Full‑time, permanent position.
