Position Overview
Cristo Rey Jesuit High School seeks a bilingual Spanish/English speaking Admissions Coordinator to connect mission-driven education with middle school students and their families. The role involves visiting schools, community events, and recruiting students, while also building strong relationships with community partners.
What You’ll Do
- Recruit, Engage, Inspire: Visit middle schools, churches, youth programs, and community events to connect with prospective students.
- Represent Cristo Rey: Attend block parties, community gatherings, and recruitment events to share the mission, programs, and opportunities.
- Create Meaningful Student Experiences: Lead engaging campus tours for students, families, and partners, and coordinate the “Puma for a Day” shadow program.
- Build Strong Relationships: Develop lasting partnerships with feeder schools and community organizations, and communicate regularly with families.
- Keep Things Moving: Manage applicant data, records, and admissions materials, support financial aid communication, and prepare applications for review.

Required
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluency in Spanish and English (speaking and writing)
- 2-3 years of experience working with youth (ages 11-16)
- Ability to travel throughout the Twin Cities metro area
Preferred
- Experience in admissions, recruitment, sales, youth programming, or communications
- Knowledge of Twin Cities communities and organizations
- Experience working with urban students and families
- Familiarity with Catholic or Jesuit education
