Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective and accepted students about admission requirements and application status through email and phone.
- Admissions Marketing Support: Assist in developing marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and digital content, to promote the university’s programs and attract prospective students.
- Responsible for managing social media and marketing for recruitment purposes.
- Create marketing flyers and content for social media, websites, and email communications.
- Responsible for tracking matriculation requirements for admitted students
- Cookrecruitment registration.
- Order recruitment materials and maintain inventory.
- Cookrecordinate budget tracking
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: Associate degree
- Strong interpersonal and written/verbal skills including public speaking.
- Proven ability to prioritize and organize.
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Experience with technology and software. Must know how to use Office products with advanced knowledge of Outlook and Excel (including formulas).
- Experience with social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Ability to work with a diverse population and within a team structure.
- Valid Florida driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional admissions experience in higher education
- Experience with graduate/professional students and programs
- Experience With Canva Or Other Graphic Design Too
