Delmar Gardens of Chesterfield Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dynamic individual with exceptional communication and organizational skills to work in a fast-paced leadership role.

Responsibilities
- Oversight of the admissions process
- Census development through nurturing and maintaining contacts with hospital and long-term care case managers, social workers, and other healthcare professionals
- Heading up community outreach and marketing efforts
Requirements
- Experience in long-term care
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid
