Admissions Coordinator
Position: Admissions Coordinator
Location: Aspire Senior Living Moberly - Moberly, MO
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for all admissions inquiries and referrals.
- Conduct tours and provide detailed information about facility services and care options.
- Cook up and schedule resident admissions, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all required documentation.
- Communicate with hospitals, physicians, social workers, and family members to facilitate smooth transitions of care.
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with financial paperwork as needed.
- Collaborate with the nursing and administrative teams to ensure readiness for new admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, referrals, and admissions activities.
- Participate in marketing and community outreach efforts to promote the facility and build relationships with referral sources.
- Uphold confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Experience in healthcare administration or a related field (training or certifications considered).
