The organization is committed to helping clients and families navigate their healing journeys with dignity and support.About the OpportunityThe Admissions Coordinator serves as the initial point of contact for prospective clients and their families. This role guides individuals through the admissions process with empathy, professionalism, and clear communication. The position coordinates closely with clinical and internal teams to facilitate appropriate program placement and provide a smooth, supportive intake experience.Responsibilities• Answer inbound calls from prospective clients and their families.• Conduct preliminary assessments to evaluate eligibility and program fit.• Collect, organize, and maintain documentation required by admissions and clinical teams.• Schedule intake assessments and coordinate timely handoffs with internal teams.• Guide clients and families through the admissions process, including financial and insurance-related discussions.• Provide compassionate support and clear information to individuals and families during stressful situations.• Maintain accurate client records, communications, and admissions information using Salesforce CRM and other required platforms.• Coordinate with clinical and admissions teams to support efficient intake processes.• Participate in admissions team meetings to remain informed about programs, procedures, and operational updates.• Protect confidential client information and follow applicable privacy and organizational requirements.Requirements• High school diploma or GED.• Must be at least 18 years of age.• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a warm, professional, and empathetic approach.• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and remain calm under pressure.• Friendly, compassionate, and motivated by helping individuals and families.• Familiarity with behavioral health services or willingness to learn about behavioral health programs and processes.• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.• Strong organizational and time-management skills.• Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated in a remote environment.• Successful completion of required federal, state, and company-specific background checks.• Ability to sit for extended periods, work at a computer, and occasionally lift up to 10 pounds.• Reasonable accommodations are available for qualified individuals with disabilities.Pay Range and Compensation Package• Hourly pay range of $20.00–$25.00, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
