Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Sell daily tickets, season passes, and other products in a quick and friendly manner
- Receive payment by cash, credit cards, gift cards, and vouchers
- Proper handling, storage, and organization of credit card receipts
- Suggest additional products to offer the best park experience
- Redeem season passes and issue RFID wristbands to season pass holders
- Follow opening and closing procedures to maintain cleanliness standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment for customers and other employees
- Provide superior guest service to all customers in a polite and expedient manner
- Aid customers with all questions regarding Ocean Breeze Waterpark
- Follow Park policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to operate a computer and computer software programs
- Must be able to count money and make change
- Must be approachable, outgoing, and excited about suggestive selling
- Must be able to accept guidance and supervision
- Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and leadership
- Must be aware, attentive, and work well with others
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time
