Responsibilities
- Schedule admissions appointments for prospective students
- Communicate with students via phone and email to confirm appointment details
- Ensure all appointments are scheduled within the required timeframe
- Handle inquiries and provide information about university programs and admission processes
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in scheduling software
- Strong organizational skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience in customer service or administrative roles
- Knowledge of higher education systems and admission procedures
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems
