About the role

The recruiter for the College of Engineering & Applied Science (CEAS) is highly collaborative, serving as the welcoming face of the College for prospective students and their families, using two‑way engagement to turn interest into enrollment. This position is housed in the Department of College of Engineering and Applied Science.

Key job responsibilities may include supervising staff and/or leading a program area.

Responsibilities

• Focus on enrollment of priority target student audiences, with emphasis on yield activities.
• Build relationships with prospective students, families and partner institutions: (70%)
  • Serve as the CEAS liaison for prospective students and admission partners: Provide relevant content regarding UWM and/or CEAS programs, career opportunities, admission requirements, support services and related opportunities to prospective students and their families.
