Position Summary

The primary purpose is to manage the customer flow, admissions process, and marketing program for the community.

Responsibilities

  • Guiding the marketing program which ensures strong customer, referral, and payer satisfaction, appropriate market penetration, positive public image, and maximization of community profitability and census goals.
  • Cultivating/Maintaining professional relationships in the local health care markets
  • Generate referrals for services by building relationships with hospitals, physicians, independent and assisted living facilities and other community resources
  • Coordinates tours, admissions, insurance verifications & pre-certs
  • Community outreach activities such as health fairs, wellness checks, and caregiver support groups
  • Regular marketing calls and visits will be made to referral sources to increase the number of referrals and admissions
  • Facilitates admissions decisions, and ensure a positive admission experience for customers and families
  • Extraordinary customer service to both external and internal customers

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in a healthcare setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent
