Responsibilities

  • Affiliate with the implementation of Diocesan enrollment growth initiatives targeting specific parishes and schools.
  • Support schools in implementing their individual enrollment growth plans within their local communities.
  • Initiate personal contact with prospective families through phone and email, attend events, and extend invitations.
  • Utilize a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage communications, gather reports, and refer families to the schools.
  • Provide information and support to families regarding the admissions and financial aid application processes for new students.
  • Schedule and coordinate school visits for interested families, including follow-ups.
  • Offer support to enrolled students and families as needed.
  • Track data on families and community outreach efforts and generate enrollment reports to guide future outreach strategies.
  • Develop strategic relationships and partnerships with community organizations and other Catholic supporters within the Diocese.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • A preference for an Associate’s Degree in a related field, but strong previous experience in education, marketing, sales, and public relations is acceptable.
  • Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
  • Experience working with Hispanic populations and proficiency in both Spanish and English is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to problem-solve and multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
  • A strong commitment to strengthening Catholic Pre-K through 12th grade schools and support for the mission of Catholic schools.
