Admissions Advisor
About the role
The Aviation Institute of Maintenance (AIM) is seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as an Admissions Representative. This role involves connecting with prospective students, assessing their goals, and guiding them through the admissions process to ensure they enroll in the appropriate programs.
Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students through phone, email, and in-person or virtual meetings
- Absorb each student's goals and eligibility, then champion the program that fits them best
- Drive the full admissions cycle: inquiry, appointment setting, interviews, application completion, documentation, and enrollment
- Hit and exceed enrollment KPIs — outreach volume, contact-to-appointment conversion, application completion, and closing ratios — because you hold yourself to a high standard
- Follow up with persistence and care — life gets in the way for students; you don’t let a good fit slip through the cracks
- Represent AIM at open houses, career fairs, and community events with the energy and pride of someone who truly believes in what we offer
