- Participate in comprehensive file reading and application review to provide an informed perspective on applicant-to-mission alignment.
- Support re-enrolling families during key transition points, contributing to retention-related conversations to ensure long-term community stability.
- Partner with the Operations Coordinator to ensure all family interactions, application material, and engagement metrics are accurately documented in the CRM (Blackbaud/FinalSite) to support the Director’s predictive modeling.
- Represent Bosque School at school fairs, community programs, and recruitment events to expand the school's visibility and attract a diverse applicant pool.
- Communicate real-time trends, family feedback, and market insights to DEM to support the continuous improvement of the admission cycle.
- Contribute frontline feedback on admission messaging and digital content to ensure all materials resonate with the current needs and values of prospective families.
- Participate actively in the life of the school and build a deep understanding of Bosque’s programs and culture.
- Model professionalism, collaboration, and a commitment to equity, community, and inclusion.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to a positive, respectful, and mission-aligned school community.
