We need to parse the posting.
Content:
Employment Type:Full time
Shift:Day Shift
Description: At MercyOne, health care is more than just a doctor’s visit... (mission description). Then "Join the MercyOne Family! As a Administrative Assistant you will perform receptionist, secretarial and clerical duties in the Nursing Service office while functioning as the focal communication source in Nursing Service. Responsible for the preparation of Nursing Personnel work-schedule and daily staffing for the Patient Care areas."
Then "General Requirements:" bullet list.
After bullet list, there is a paragraph about Newton location: "Attends new employee orientation to educate new inpatient staff on Newton Newton is family-friendly..." Actually seems garbled: "Attends new employee orientation to educate new inpatient staff on Newton Newton is family-friendly with a cost of living well below the national average. The Newton Community School District offers strong academics and activities and nearby colleges include DMACC Newton Campus. Families enjoy parks, a wellness center and a short commute to Des Moines for expanded cultural and educational opportunities. MercyOne Newton Medical Center is a 48-bed acute-care hospital located 30 miles east of Des Moines, with emergency, cancer, cardiovascular, orthopedics, rehab, pediatrics and robotic surgery capabilities. It’s CMS-recognized for high-quality services and features a 50,000 sq ft medical office building adjacent to the campus. Our Commitment Rooted in our Mission and Core Values, we honor the dignity of every person and recognize the unique perspectives, experiences, and talents each colleague brings. By finding common ground and embracing our differences, we grow stronger together and deliver more compassionate, person-centered care. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other status protected by federal, state, or local law."
We need to remove EEO boilerplate etc. Also remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie, legal, scam-warning.
We need to keep substantive info: description of role, responsibilities (the bullet list), maybe location info about Newton (though maybe not needed? It's substantive about the facility). Also employment type and shift.
We need sections: About the role (maybe description paragraph), Responsibilities (bullet list), Requirements (maybe General Requirements?), Qualifications (maybe none), Skills (maybe none), Benefits (none), Pay (none), Schedule (maybe shift info). We must only include sections if there is real specific content.
We have Employment Type: Full time, Shift: Day Shift. That could go under Schedule? Actually schedule could be shift info. But we need to decide.
We have description paragraph about mission and role. That could be About the role.
We have bullet list of duties (General Requirements). Those are responsibilities.
We have location/commitment paragraph about Newton facility and mission values. That could be About the role as well, or maybe a separate section like "About the facility". But we only allowed headings from list. Could put under About the role.
We have no explicit qualifications, skills, benefits, pay. So we should not create those sections.
Schedule: we have Shift: Day Shift. That's specific. So we can include a Schedule section with that info.
Also Employment Type: Full time could be included maybe under About the role or maybe as a separate section? Not in list. Could embed in About the role paragraph.
Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Schedule.
We need to use for each section heading.
Inside sections: use
for prose,
- for lists.
We must preserve all substantive info: include the mission description, the role description, the bullet list duties, the location/commitment paragraph (maybe truncated but keep all). Also include Employment Type and Shift.
We must not repeat job title as heading (Administrative Assistant). Not include Job ID etc.
We must remove EEO boilerplate etc. So remove the final paragraph about Equal Opportunity Employer.
Also remove duplicated lines? Not seeing duplicates.
We need to ensure we keep the Newton location description (including "Attends new employee orientation to educate new inpatient staff on Newton Newton is family-friendly..." The text seems garbled: "Attends new employee orientation to educate new inpatient staff on Newton Newton is family-friendly..." Might be a mistake but we must preserve as is.
Let's extract the substantive paragraphs:
From Description: "At MercyOne, health care is more than just a doctor’s visit or a place to go when you need medical attention. Our Mission is based on improving the health of our communities – that means not only when you are sick but keeping you well. MercyOne Central Iowa sets the standard for personalized and radically convenient care in the Des Moines metro area and surrounding counties. MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center, founded by the Sisters of Mercy in 1893, is the longest continually operating hospital in Des Moines and Iowa’s largest medical center, with 802 beds available. The hospital is one of the Midwest’s largest referral centers. With more than 7,000 colleagues and a medical staff of almost 1,500 physicians and allied health professionals, MercyOne Central Iowa is one of Iowa’s largest employers."
Then: "Join the MercyOne Family! As a Administrative Assistant you will perform receptionist, secretarial and clerical duties in the Nursing Service office while functioning as the focal communication source in Nursing Service. Responsible for the preparation of Nursing Personnel work-schedule and daily staffing for the Patient Care areas."
Then bullet list under General Requirements (actually duties). We'll treat as responsibilities.
After bullet list, there is: "Attends new employee orientation to educate new inpatient staff on Newton Newton is family-friendly with a cost of living well below the national average. Our Commitment Rooted in our Mission and Core Values, we honor the dignity of every person and recognize the unique perspectives, experiences, and talents each colleague brings. By finding common ground and embracing our differences, we grow stronger together and deliver more compassionate, person-centered care."
We should keep all that.
Now we need to format.
Section About the role: combine the mission description paragraph + the "Join the MercyOne Family!" paragraph + maybe the Newton location/commitment paragraph? Could be all together.
But we might split: About the role includes mission and role description; the Newton location/commitment could be considered part of About the role as well (facility info). We'll include all prose in About the role.
Responsibilities: the bullet list.
Schedule: Employment Type: Full time; Shift: Day Shift. Could be a short paragraph.
We must not include headings with empty content.
Now produce HTML.
We need to ensure we don't include any markdown fences.
Let's craft:
