About the role
Provide compassionate care in private duty home care settings. Manage daily routines, administer medications, and assist with activities of daily living.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Assist with personal hygiene and mobility
- Monitor patient health and report changes to healthcare provider
- Manage daily living tasks such as meal preparation and cleaning
Requirements
- Valid state license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Experience in home care setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
- Current CPR certification
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of home care protocols and safety standards
