Administrator, Data Analytics

Responsibilities

• Engineer and maintain automated data pipelines from primary and secondary source systems.
• Build and deploy AI agents to autonomously monitor, analyze, and flag operational trends or patterns.
• Transform datasets into compelling, automated visuals using Tableau or Power BI and AI-assisted BI tools.
• Utilize LLMs and machine learning to generate natural language summaries of complex operational metrics.
• Elicit business requirements from teams to develop intelligent, predictive dashboards and KPIs.
• Implement automated data cleaning and anomaly detection workflows to catch and correct data anomalies.
• Replace manual reporting with end-to-end automated workflows to curate data sources, reduce human effort, and eliminate errors.
• Balance multiple requests and anticipate shifting operational needs in a highly dynamic environment.
• Execute rapid, AI-driven exploratory data analysis for urgent, unstructured operational requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science or Supply Chain.
• 5 or more years’ experience in data analytics.
• 2 or more years’ experience with Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and/or additional automated Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) data management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced or Expert certification in Alteryx.
• Tableau Desktop Certified Professional (TDCP) certification.
• 2 or more years’ experience managing data and AI workflows.
• 2 or more years’ experience in data analytics in healthcare.

Skills And Competencies

• Agentic AI Frameworks: Designing autonomous AI agents.
• Data Automation & ETL: Advanced workflow construction in Alteryx, plus Python or SQL for data pipeline creation.
• Data Visualization: Building complex, interactive dashboards and automated reporting suites using Tableau.
• Predictive Analytics: Applying statistical modeling, forecasting, and anomaly detection algorithms to supply chain metrics.
• Autonomous Problem Solving: Initiating independent data investigations by programming agents to flag operational issues.
• Cross-Functional Translation: Explaining complex AI methodologies and technical data workflows to non-technical business leaders.
• Systems Thinking: Understanding how data changes cascade through the entire diagnostics operations supply chain.
• Agile Project Management: Adapting to shifting operational priorities and managing multiple technical deliverables simultaneously.

About The Role

Administrator, Data Analytics role delivers advanced business intelligence and AI-driven insights to leaders within Labcorp Diagnostics Operations. This role leverages Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, and Agentic AI frameworks to automate data management, orchestrate autonomous analysis, and build dynamic visualizations. Ultimately, the role ensures business leaders receive real-time, actionable insights into the health of the Diagnostics operations supply chain.

Additional Job Standards

• Hands-on experience working with Agentic AI frameworks, prompt engineering, or AI-powered analytics tools.
• Experience with Python, R, or advanced SQL for custom data manipulation and advanced predictive modeling.
• Communication Skills: Ability to relate professional analytics, AI methodologies, and complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
