About the role
You’ll work directly with clients and the founding partners on a mix of architecture, interior, and branding projects—from early concept sketches to final construction documents and brand guidelines. We value clarity, craft, and collaboration; you’ll be expected to present your work confidently, take feedback constructively, and help refine ideas as a team.
Responsibilities
- Develop design concepts for architecture, interiors, and branding projects
- Produce presentation materials (sketches, 3D visuals, mood boards, diagrams)
- Prepare detailed construction drawings and specifications
- Create brand identity systems, guidelines, and collateral
- Collaborate with external consultants, contractors, and clients
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Contribute to studio culture, including team critiques and brainstorming sessions
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in architecture, interiors, or branding
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and Microsoft Office
- Strong hand-sketching and visual communication skills
- Experience with 3D rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Enscape) is a plus
- Fluent in English; Maltese or Italian is beneficial but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Benefits
- Competitive salary (€28,000–€35,000, depending on experience)
- Profit-sharing after one year of employment
- Flexible working hours with core hours of 9:00am–3:00pm
- 25 days of paid annual leave plus public holidays
- Professional development opportunities and support for further education
Schedule
- Full-time, in-person at our Lija studio
- Monday–Thursday: 8:30am–5:45pm
- Friday: 8:30am–1:30pm
