About the role
The State of Connecticut Judicial Branch is seeking an Administrative Trainee to support the Materials Management team within the Computer Support, Facilities, Materials Management and Policy Unit.
Responsibilities
- Processing invoices
- Obtaining quotes
- Purchasing
- Conducting ergonomic evaluations
- Aiding with accreditation requirements
- Managing inventory
- Supporting the configuration and administration of cellular devices
Requirements
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Travel as needed
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications Required: A Bachelor's or a Master's degree. Incumbents with a Master's degree may be hired at step 2 of the pay group.

Pay
Salary Range: $69,928 - $90,127/year plus State of Connecticut benefits. New employees begin at the minimum. The starting salary for existing state employees may be higher than the minimum, in accordance with existing Judicial Branch policy.
