Key Responsibilities
- Maintain databases, track engagement metrics, and support day-to-day business development tasks.
- Provide general administrative support, managing emails.
- Support grant applications, donor communications, and fundraising efforts.
- Cook logistics for events, board meetings, and volunteer activities.
- Maintain and update databases.
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the mission of the organization.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM tools (preferred).
- Experience managing Constant Contact and/or Monday.com, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience or interest in fundraising, partnerships, or CSR.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Passion for humanitarian work, philanthropy, and non-profit impact.
