About the role
The Administrative Support Associate II - Corporate Services assists with onsite customer meetings and event coordination at the SCLA location. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination, communication, and logistics management skills.
Responsibilities
- Cook and schedule meeting rooms based on business requirements.
- Arrange catering and food & beverage services for meetings and events.
- Clock and coordinate with the IT team to ensure AV and connectivity support is set up and functioning during meetings.
- Manage onsite logistics including greeting guests, preparing and distributing visitor badges, parking coordination, signage setup, and facilities-related requests.
- Reserve and coordinate private dining venues outside of AMAT when required.
- Arrange meeting-related hospitality requirements including room reservations, wine, and gifts.
- Manage and support F&B vendor coordination and related contracts.
Requirements
- 5-6 years of experience.
- Strong administrative and coordination experience.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience coordinating meetings, events, or executive support activities.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including IT, facilities, and external vendors.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a corporate or high-tech environment preferred.
- Experience supporting executive/customer-facing events is a plus.

Pay
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
