About the role

We're seeking a Commissions Processing Administrator to support our insurance administration team for a 6 month contract. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience within the insurance industry while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and reconcile carrier commission statements and payment data.
  • Process and validate commission information for accuracy.
  • Maintain commission schedules and records within proprietary systems.
  • Track, analyze, and maintain commission-related data from multiple sources.
  • Support various aspects of the commission administration process.
  • Generate and validate commission reports used for compensation calculations.
  • Produce monthly reports for financial and operational purposes.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports for leadership and business partners.
  • Analyze monthly trends, corrections, and reporting variances.
  • Process policy and broker-related updates.
  • Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation.
  • Respond to broker inquiries and support day-to-day administrative operations.

Requirements

  • Strong data entry and administrative experience.
  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills, including working with spreadsheets and data tracking.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work accurately in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Insurance Industry Experience Is Preferred But Not Required.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
