- Preparing monthly and daily shelter reports and shelter capacity reports

- Preparing paperwork for travel and training requests
- Providing related support
- Handling financial transactions
- Maintaining and stocking office supplies
- Conducting monthly inventory of supplies in the supply closet
- Assisting with budgeting
- Tracking balances
- Researching discrepancies
- Preparing financial reports
Advanced and Basic Office Duties
- Copying
- Filing
- Faxing
- Typing standard documents
- Preparing, sorting, and distributing mail
- Entering data
Additional Responsibilities
- Coordinating office records
- Interpreting retention policies
- Maintaining files
- Handling special projects
- Serving as a departmental liaison
Job Requirements/Information
This job may require on-call rotation and emergency after-hours, weekends, and/or holidays.
Grade: B231
Salary will be dependent on education and experience. Effective 4/11/2023, this position is eligible for the Employee Referral Program.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED
- One year of specialized or technical training in administrative support or related field
- Four years of administrative support or related office experience
- An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job, such as those listed above, will also be considered.
