Administrative Support Assistant / Records Clerk
About The Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Support Assistant / Records Clerk to join our dynamic team. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about sports and administrative work to contribute to a fast-paced environment from the comfort of their home.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our team by managing various administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records for our athletes. This role requires excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a remote setting
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with record management and document organization
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing emails, and organizing documents
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for clients, including contracts, performance evaluations, and other essential documents
- Cookordinate communication with clients, agents, and team members to ensure record accuracy and timely updates
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal and contractual documents
- Conduct research and compile relevant information as needed for various projects
- Handle general office tasks such as answering phone calls, managing mail, and supporting team operations
- Support special projects and other duties as assigned by management

- Competitive hourly rate of $50-70, depending on experience
