About the role
Serves as technical and procedural support at a major multi-purpose hydroelectric plant project that also includes various natural resource, recreation, fish facilities, and appurtenant features covering several locations.
Responsibilities
- Utilize knowledge of the Project's programs and operations, rules and processes to perform specialized duties in assigned functional and program areas involving a wide variety of problems and situations.
- Develop charts, graphs, and presentation material for reports and briefings.
- Utilize effective communication skills to establish rapport and credibility with Project personnel, supervisors, section staff, and others contacts.
Qualifications
- US Citizens
- Education: One full year of graduate level education in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as Business Administration.
- Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Identifying and resolving administrative problems and recommending improvements in administrative practices; 2) Applying knowledge of travel regulations such as Joint Travel Regulations to process travel orders and vouchers; and 3) Utilizing office automation hardware and various word processing, spreadsheet, graphics and database software to create briefings, charts, graphs, and documents.
