About the role

We are seeking an Administrative Specialist, PRN to support the pathology department with various administrative duties.

Responsibilities

  • Composing correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
  • Managing visitors, phone inquiries, and scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel
  • Maintaining calendars and filing systems
  • Ordering supplies and assisting with special projects and interdepartmental needs
  • Demonstrating understanding of the organization’s mission, vision, and values
  • Applying critical thinking, decisive judgment, and working independently or in teams
  • Working effectively under stress with excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in multitasking, time management, organization, and Microsoft Office applications

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant administrative experience in a laboratory setting
