About the role
Provides administrative and staff support services primarily to project teams and management of the company, with secondary support to additional functional areas, as necessary.

Requirements
- 3-5 years in a similar administrative position
- High School Diploma (minimum)
- Skilled in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook, with accurate keyboarding speed of at least 55 wpm
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Access, MasterSpec and MasterWorks
- Skilled in data entry, including QMS database application and Project Status 2K database application
- Knowledge of document filing, records processes, and departmental procedures
- Ability to work independently and complete assigned duties with minimal supervision
- Ability to accept and understand direction from multiple sources and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Strong interpersonal skills; friendly, considerate, and customer-focused
- Open to developing positive working relationships across all levels of the organization
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and prepare Project Specifications, process and track Shop Drawings/Submittals, and prepare/assemble project deliverables, proposals, and other assignments requested by Primera staff
- Source, price, and purchase office, equipment, and kitchen supplies
- Log, process, and file Quality Assurance documents
- Coordinate project archiving and off-site document storage, perform and maintain project filing
- Provide meeting support as needed (scheduling conference rooms, coordinating food, logistics)

Pay
Starting salary is between $65K - $80K per year based on skills and qualifications, with the high end of the range limited to applicants based on relevant years of experience.
