Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage scheduling of meeting space, set up and hospitality for meetings/training.
- Exercise sound judgment, demonstrate initiative, and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- Provide administrative support functions.
- Administration of employee recognition software/program
- Provides front desk coverage including checking in clients and interfacing with all levels of employees, as well as leadership.
Qualifications and Skills
- Associates Degree in business related field, or combination of education, training and work experience that provides the equivalent
- Experience with mental health services and/or intellectual disabilities
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable DMV record
- Experience in using various computer software applications and/or Electronic Medical Health Record
