Position Summary

This role adds significant value by managing the procurement process, including compiling information, preparing purchase orders, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery and quality of goods or materials.

Responsibilities

  • Create reports, purchase orders, and other procurement-related documents.
  • Establish and maintain a record-keeping system for purchases.
  • Identify efficiencies and cost-saving measures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills And Abilities

  • Follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Learn and adhere to purchasing procedures and policies.
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, or related software.

Position Qualifications

  • Minimum of 21 years of age.
  • High school education (degree preferred).
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Two years of clerical experience preferred.
  • Excellent written, oral, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and think critically.
  • Successful completion of all required criminal background checks.
  • Skills to navigate and execute software programs (Microsoft Office programs, databases, dashboards).
