In-Office Position – Grand Forks, ND
Travel Required for New Office Setup & Support
What You'll Do
- Cook up projects and track deadlines across departments
- Support administration, providers, and facility leadership teams
- Manage provider timecards and assist with payroll-related tracking
- Organize and track attendance for trainings and professional development sessions
- Aid in marketing initiatives and campaign coordination
- Collect, organize, and maintain important organizational data and documents
- Help facilitate meetings, trainings, and special projects
- Provide backup administrative support as needed
- Travel to new office locations to assist with setup and operational readiness
- Maintain confidentiality and support organizational compliance standards
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in administrative support or project coordination preferred
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
