We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate like EEO, navigation, legal, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we need to extract content. Recruitment ID: PE27-BEST This announcement does not constitute an implied contract. Any part of this announcement is subject to change. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO (first line "Bulletin An equal opportunity employer fostering a workforce that embraces and reflects the rich diversity of Los Angeles County") remove. Also remove "Most temporary positions do not include benefits or paid time off except as provided by law." That's about benefits; we need to include Benefits section only if posting actually states them. It says most temporary positions do not include benefits or paid time off except as provided by law. That's a statement about benefits. Should we include Benefits section? The rule: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Here we have a statement about benefits: "Most temporary positions do not include benefits or paid time off except as provided by law." That's specific content about benefits (they generally do not include benefits). So we can include a Benefits section with that statement. Pay: The posting states hourly rates: $26.38 for no bachelor's, $33.29 for bachelor's. So we need a Pay section. Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly. There's no schedule info (full-time/part-time, hours). So we should NOT create a Schedule section. About the role: We can have a paragraph summarizing the role: assisting LACOE with BEST project, etc. Responsibilities: list of duties: providing system navigation and user support, assisting with online document processing, supporting business processes and transactions related to areas such as HR, payroll, time and leave, accounts payable, purchasing, budgeting, budget adjustments and financial reporting. Also assisting agencies with one of the Advantage applications (BUD, FIN, HCM). Also maybe regional availability? That could be part of Requirements? But we can include in Responsibilities? Better to keep responsibilities as duties. Requirements: Education and experience: bachelor's degree not required; rates; preferred degree fields; one year Excel experience; knowledge of HR, Time & Leave Management, Payroll; experience with financial, budget, ERP, or financial management systems preferred; driver's license or alternative travel. Qualifications: Could be similar to Requirements? The spec says we can have Qualifications section separate from Requirements. But we need to avoid duplication. We could put required education/experience under Requirements, and preferred qualifications under Qualifications. Or we could combine. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we combine Requirements and Qualifications into one? But they ask to use headings for those sections if content exists. We have both required and preferred content. Could make Requirements for mandatory (bachelor's not required, driver's license, etc.) and Qualifications for preferred (degree fields, Excel experience, knowledge, experience). That seems reasonable. Skills: Could list strong customer service, communication, analytical, problem-solving skills. Also maybe knowledge of HR, etc. But those are already in Qualifications. Might be better to put skills under Skills section. Let's decide sections: - About the role: paragraph describing purpose. - Responsibilities: bullet list of duties. - Requirements: bullet list of mandatory items: bachelor's degree not required (so maybe note that no degree required), driver's license or alternative travel, ability to work in northern LA County (regional availability). Also maybe mention must be able to work in northern LA County. Also maybe mention must submit resume by date? That's application instruction, we should remove. So not include. - Qualifications: bullet list of preferred qualifications: bachelor's degree in specific fields preferred, one year Excel experience, knowledge of HR, Time & Leave Management, Payroll, experience with financial/budget/ERP/fiscal management systems preferred, strong customer service, communication, analytical, problem-solving skills. - Skills: maybe we could omit if covered in Qualifications. But we could keep Skills separate for soft skills. However to avoid thin sections, maybe combine Qualifications and Skills? But they asked to use headings for Skills if content exists. We have specific skills: strong customer service, communication, analytical, problem-solving. Could put under Skills. - Benefits: statement about most temporary positions do not include benefits or paid time off except as provided by law. - Pay: hourly rates. We must not repeat job title as heading. Already not. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; we can fold minor metadata into short p or drop it. Recruitment ID: PE27-BEST is minor metadata; we can drop or include in a p. Probably drop. We must remove application instructions: "Resumes Must Be Submitted By September 18, 2026 5:00 P.M. (Pacific) Send Resume To Almuina_Yahaira@lacoe.edu", "To apply, submit a resume to Almuina_Yahaira@lacoe.edu", "Contact For information about the position, you may e-mail Yahaira Almuina at Almuina_Yahaira@lacoe.edu", "For complete application information, please go to https://www.lacoe.edu/pc", "Reasonable accommodations...", "If you would like to request an accommodation, please call 562.803.8360 as early as possible." These are application instructions or contact info; we should remove them. However the accommodation statement could be considered part of Benefits? Not really. It's about accommodations for disabled; could be considered part of Requirements? But it's more about process. The instruction says remove application instructions. So we drop those lines. Also remove duplicated lines. Now compile content. About the role paragraph: Combine description: "Assist LACOE with the implementation of the Business Enhancement System Transformation (BEST) Project for 97 Los Angeles County educational agencies (i.e., a mix of K-12 School Districts, Community Colleges, Charter Schools and Joint Powers Authorities) that must be fully implemented and in production of the Advantage system by no later than June 30, 2027. Job duties include assisting agencies with one of the Advantage applications, which may include Budget (BUD), Financial (FIN) or Human Capital Management (HCM)." That seems good. Responsibilities bullet list: - Providing system navigation and user support - Assisting with online document processing - Supporting business processes and transactions related to human resources, payroll, time and leave, accounts payable, purchasing, budgeting, budget adjustments, and financial reporting We could also include assisting agencies with one of the Advantage applications (BUD, FIN, HCM) but that's already in About the role. Could keep there. Requirements bullet list: - No bachelor’s degree required to apply (applicants without a bachelor’s degree receive $26.38/hour; with a bachelor’s degree receive $33.29/hour) – but that's pay; maybe we keep pay separate. For requirements: ability to work in northern Los Angeles County (High Desert region near Lancaster and Palmdale) and willingness to provide in-person support to agencies in that region. - Possess a valid driver’s license with access to private transportation or demonstrate ability to reliably travel between job sites using alternative means. We could also include that applicants must be able to work in northern LA County. That's a requirement. Qualifications bullet list: - Bachelor’s degree in industrial psychology, organizational development, public administration, human resources, business administration, sociology, or applied statistics preferred - One year of Excel experience preferred - Knowledge of Human Resources, Time & Leave Management, and Payroll - Experience with financial, budget, ERP, or financial management systems preferred, particularly in a school district, county office of education, governmental agency, or other public sector setting Skills bullet list: - Strong customer service - Communication - Analytical
