About the role

Kwik Trip is seeking a Store Engineering Development Coordinator to support construction and facility projects from planning through completion.

Responsibilities

  • Support new store construction, remodels, and acquisition projects
  • Distribute Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and collect vendor bids
  • Track and organize bid information and project data in spreadsheets
  • Prepare contracts, purchase orders, and project documentation
  • Assist with construction schedules, timelines, and plan coordination
  • Review, code, and process invoices for payment
  • Verify invoice accuracy including labor, materials, and tax application
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal partners
  • Track project costs, budgets, and financial data
  • Maintain project files, templates, and vendor records
  • Communicate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Average of 4 to 6 years of administrative, accounting, or project coordination experience
  • Associate degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience supporting construction, engineering, or facilities projects preferred
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable processes
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Even better if you have

  • Knowledge of construction processes or terminology
  • Experience with systems such as OnBase, Maximo, AS400, Bluebeam, and Autodesk
  • Understanding of sales and use tax
