Responsibilities
- Support contract functions including metrics tracking, budgeting, workload planning, and administrative coordination.
- Create, maintain, and update databases, spreadsheets, and reports to support contract workload management.
- Analyze and validate procurement data to support reporting requirements and management decisions.
- Prepare Small Business Program reports, Contract Action Reports (CARs), and procurement data call responses.
- Research, compile, and maintain contract performance metrics and supporting documentation.
- Afford assistance with contract closeout activities, including voucher reviews, documentation preparation, and final payment verification.
- Care for automated contract systems including SPS, ePS, SeaPort-e, WAWF, FPDS-NG, and PIEE.
- Cook meetings, training events, agendas, meeting materials, minutes, and required administrative support.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation in accordance with organizational requirements.
- Bid and proposal support if requested.
Requirements
- An active secret clearance is required to be considered for this position.
- One (1) year of experience with automated contract systems such as SPS, ePS, SeaPort-e, WAWF, FPDS-NG, or PIEE.
- Experience with Google Workspace required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and Power BI required.
- Must possess basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must demonstrate demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- Must possess strong time management skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
Qualifications
- HS Diploma/GED required.
