About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and executive schedules.
- Coordinate executive meetings, leadership events, and special projects.
- Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and executive communications.
- Support board-related activities and executive office operations.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for leaders, physicians, staff, community partners, and visitors.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Anticipate needs, solve problems, and help executive priorities stay on track.

- Several years of progressively responsible administrative experience.

Qualifications
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required OR an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Experience providing high-level administrative support to senior executives, C-suite leaders, or healthcare leadership teams preferred.
- Proven experience managing complex calendars, executive scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Experience preparing reports, presentations, board materials, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes.
- Experience coordinating executive meetings, events, and supporting strategic initiatives preferred.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Healthcare or hospital experience preferred.
