Administrative Practice Coordinator - Wilmington Delaware

About the role

We are seeking an Administrative Practice Coordinator to join our Firm. The Coordinator will provide high-level, administrative support to the Litigation Practice Area.

Responsibilities

  • Manages administrative tasks, coordinating travel arrangements, supporting business development and marketing efforts and executing other complex tasks and projects.
  • Works closely with the office practice leader along with other Firm departments and business services professionals to ensure exceptional client service.
  • The position is based in our Wilmington, Delaware, office and has a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule.

  • Knowledge of relevant Firm computer software programs (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Demonstrates close attention to detail.
  • Handles multiple projects and assignments with shifting responsibilities and deadlines.

  • Works well independently as well as effectively within a team.
  • Flexibility to adjust hours and work the hours necessary to meet operating and business needs.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of two years of related experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Must be a Notary Public licensed in Delaware or able to obtain a commission within six months of joining the Firm.

Pay

The starting base salary for this position is expected to be within the range listed under Salary Details.

Schedule

The position has a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule.
