Summary / Duties
In this role, you will coordinate executive support activities, donor meetings, funding proposals, correspondence, and research while ensuring high-quality customer service. You will plan and implement donor recognition programs, stewardship events, and cultivation activities, including logistics, communications, invitations, and follow-up. Additionally, you will develop collateral materials in partnership with internal teams and external designers and help maintain reporting mechanisms that support fundraising efforts. As a liaison with board members and other stakeholders, you will handle confidential donor information with accuracy and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1 year of experience supporting a comprehensive philanthropy program, including annual, major, or planned giving
- Experience with donor stewardship, cultivation, and relationship management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience planning and executing donor recognition, stewardship, or fundraising events
- Strong written and verbal communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining confidentiality of donor information
Preferred Requirements
- Experience supporting healthcare philanthropy or nonprofit fundraising programs
- Experience developing donor recognition programs and naming standards
- Knowledge of fundraising principles, annual giving, and special event planning
- Experience serving as a liaison with executives, board members, or major donors
- Strong research, data collection, and project coordination skills
- Able to negotiate, influence, and build partnerships across multiple stakeholder groups
