Key Responsibilities
- Academic Administration (applications, selections, registrations and related administrative processes)
- Committee Administration (agendas, minutes and reports)
- Marketing Enquiry Management
- Student Enquiries
- Liaising with relevant stakeholders
- General Administration
- Performing any other administrative duties as may be assigned by the Dean or Faculty Manager
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- A minimum of 3 years' administrative experience, preferably at a tertiary institution
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer programmes/software packages
- Experience with the SASI system would be an advantage
Key Competencies
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and without supervision
- High degree of confidentiality
- Report writing and minute-taking skills
