About the Position
The incumbent will provide substantive analyses of administrative programs, operational processes, and resource utilization across this multi-state, multi-mission organization. The position carries delegated authority to represent the Executive Office in dealings with Congressional delegations from six states, senior military officials, and external stakeholders across the District's mission footprint.
