About the role
This position requires an online assessment measuring critical general competencies. Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update databases and shared computer drives.
- Create reports, coordinate meetings, and submit requests/work orders using office automation programs.
- Prepare and submit employee timecards.
- Submit requests for recruitment, promotion, and reassignment.
- Manage and balance financial reports, fund control points, and purchase orders.
Requirements
The work does not inherently include any physical requirements essential for job performance. A pre-placement physical examination is not required.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications include one year specialized experience or a combination of education and experience leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree. Additional information on reasonable accommodation and service credit for annual leave is provided.
