Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates and evaluates the standard of care provided during evening and night shifts on assigned units/department to ensure competent nursing care and organizational efficiency.
• Plans, directs and coordinates the operations of the Department of Nursing and manages staff for optimum performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' of managerial experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; BSN preferred.
• Current NJ RN license, BLS, ACLS; Nursing Administration Certification preferred.

Schedule

Full‑time position with 12‑hour shifts, 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
