Key Responsibilities
- Support daily office operations and administrative coordination
- Manage office inventory, supplies, mail, filing systems, and document organization
- Aid with scheduling, logistics, onboarding coordination, and administrative setup
- Coordinate internal company communications, announcements, updates, and office initiatives
- Assist with planning and coordination of company events and team activities
- Cook up updates to marketing materials, listings, signage, and customer-facing documents
- Maintain image libraries, floor plans, shared marketing assets, and campaign documentation
- Aid with website listing updates and digital or printed material revisions
- Communicate and coordinate with outsourced marketing vendors and partners
- Gather, organize, and maintain marketing reports, analytics, and performance information
- Aid with photography coordination, signage, vendor scheduling, and asset management
- Support document updates, workflow execution, vendor compliance, licensing, certifications, and company process coordination
- Collaborate with sales, design, purchasing, drafting, production, and administrative teams as needed
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to manage repeatable tasks consistently and accurately
- Proficiency with administrative systems, document management, and digital organization tools
- Experience with Canva preferred
- Positive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to support multiple departments and take initiative where needed
Pay and Benefits
- Full-Time. W-2 Employment
- Salary range: $60,000-$65,000
